SCGOP changes forms to skirt the rules and the law

In 2023, the Precinct ReOrganization Form 1, please see highlighted sentence beside the third box. It reads: I did not attend my make-up meeting but wish to be elected as a Delegate to the County Party Convention per State Party Rule 4-c-11.

The word “elected” was an issue in 2023 because some counties added people, who were in favor of Drew McKissick, to the Delegate Roster that did not attend Re-Org and were not “elected.”

As you will see in the 2025 Precinct ReOrganization Form, the language has been changed to read: I did not attend my initial precinct meeting or my make-up meeting. This new language is in violation to SCGOP Rules 4-c-11. Eliminate “elected” - in violation to Party Rules - and now they can add anyone they want as a Delegate.

This is the type of corruption that has plagued the SCGOP under Drew McKissick’s leadership.
